Jenny and Matt joined me at the gorgeous Meadowlark Gardens for a sweet maternity session. I’m so excited to meet their little one, due any day now. Congratulations you guys!

Hillary and Eddie had a great wedding full of spirit and fun. Students at the University of Maryland and leaders of their church youth group, they’ve really built a community around themselves. Their church wedding was followed by lots of fun at the University for a dance-filled reception. Many congratulations you two, it was a perfect day!

Jennifer and her family came to town and what a reunion it was. I haven’t seen her since high school, and all of a sudden I’m surrounded by her beautiful children and super fun husband. We had a great day down at the Lincoln Memorial, doing a casual shoot to capture the spirit of the family. It’s amazing for me, when I can remember being a kid myself, to see my friends with young ones with personalities of their very own.

The amazing thing about this reconnection is that it came in a round about way. One of my clients here in DC sent out her holiday cards (which had my logo on the back), and lo and behold, one of them went to my old friend from upstate New York. Amazing how small this world is.

And did you know that another client that I have was BORN in the house that we just bought? Small world, indeed.
